Cooperman Hand Drums start in the Vermont woods where we select native hardwood trees to mill, using methods passed down through generations of sawyers and drum builders to create our single-ply bent wood shells.

Inspired by the leading world percussion artists, our designs blend the traditional with the innovative to create these expertly crafted, rich sounding hand drums.

Our handcrafted tuneable bodhran drums, inspired by Celtic traditional instruments, proved significant enhancements in material, design, and sound. All of our drums can be customized in a variety of ways upon request; custom orders may be differently priced.
